Beta Nu Omega Chapter Leadership
The members of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, Beta Nu Omega Chapter are proud to welcome you to our website. We are happy to introduce our Chapter and showcase who we are. Chartered in 1936, Beta Nu Omega is committed to serving the Montgomery River Region community.
As our Chapter celebrates 85 years of service in our community, BNO stands "Ready, Willing and Able" to live up to the Sorority's mission to be of Service to All Mankind. We follow the leadership of our esteemed International President, Dr. Glenda Baskin Glover, as we Exemplifying Excellence Through Sustainable Service which includes five target areas: HBCU for Life: A Call to Action, Women’s Healthcare and Wellness, Building Your Economic Legacy, The Arts and Global Impact. Our signature program #CAPSM (College Admissions Process) is designed to assist high school juniors and seniors in their efforts to enter college.
I have the honor of serving as Chapter President and leader of a remarkable group of 270 plus diverse women. We are the proud sponsoring chapter of three undergraduate chapters, Beta Pi (Alabama State University), Nu Xi (Auburn University Montgomery) and Rho Chi (Huntingdon College). We strive to be mentors our undergraduate sisters throughout the academic year.
We are delighted that you have taken the time to visit our website to learn about Beta Nu Omega Chapter and our programs of service.
